Orders are processed within 3-4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the date of order confirmation. During peak periods or for customised items, processing times may extend by an additional 4 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification with tracking details.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Fees may vary, particularly for rural areas, as they are determined by the courier company and reflect the shipment of bulky or palletised goods across Australia.
Estimated Transit Times
The estimated delivery times below are based on standard courier transit schedules. Delays may occur during peak periods. While we strive to dispatch orders promptly, ProDécor® cannot guarantee delivery timelines. For orders exceeding 40kg or large pallet shipments, please allow an additional business day due to courier truck availability.

Palletised Shipments (Orders Over 40kg)
Orders exceeding 40kg are typically shipped on pallets to ensure secure transportation and prevent damage. These shipments are delivered via tail lift trucks and unloaded using pallet jacks.
Important Considerations for Pallet Deliveries:
• Delivery Requirements: Please inform us at checkout of any delivery restrictions. A recipient must be available to receive the pallet.
• Storage Instructions: Upon receipt, store items in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
• Order Composition: Orders exceeding 40kg generally include more than 2 kits or 4 x 10kg microcement buckets. If pallet delivery is unsuitable, please contact us to discuss alternative shipping options.
• Shipping Fees: Fees at checkout include the costs associated with tail lift trucks and pallet jacks required for residential deliveries. Alternatively, for a more cost-effective option, you may opt for depot collection.

Courier Depot Collection
For large palletised orders, customers may choose to collect their shipment from the nearest courier depot. This option helps reduce delivery costs by eliminating fees for residential deliveries requiring specialised equipment. Depot collection is ideal if you cannot guarantee someone will be available to receive the order.

Liability for Loss or Damage
ProDécor® is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of goods during transit or after delivery. Once an order leaves our facility, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the courier. Any claims for lost or damaged goods must be directed to the courier company. Additionally, ProDécor® is not liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect shipping details provided at checkout.

Due to the size and nature of our products, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent via email. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of shipment, please contact us at sales@prodecorsupply.com with your order number, and we will assist in tracking your shipment.

Returns & Refunds
We accept returns of unused, unopened items in their original condition within 7 days of delivery, in accordance with our returns policy. Refunds are issued for the item cost only and do not include return shipping fees.
